Life Coaching and health coaching are distinct but often interconnected fields that help individuals achieve personal and wellness goals. Life coaching focuses on personal development, career advancement and overall well-being. Health Coaching concentrates on physical and mental health, lifestyle changes, and disease prevention. Both involve partnering with my clients to facilitate positive change and achieve their desired outcomes.
Focusing on physical health, nutrition, fitness, stress management, and disease prevention. The methods I use are behavior change techniques, motivation and personalized plans. I also incorporate elements of life coaching to address the psychological and behavioral aspects of health. All packages can be custom designed for you and your needs. All packages are monthly, services DO NOT carry over.
A health coach consultation is an initial meeting to discuss health goals, current health status and whether my services are a good fit for you and your needs. My consultations help determine the best course of action for your individual health journey. If you decide to move forward I will do a health assessment, body measurements and personalized treatment plan for you and your goals.

The methods I use are goal setting, motivational techniques, accountability and problem-solving strategies. I will also address health-related issues when they are relevant to my client's overall goals.
A life coach consultation is our initial meeting for the primary purpose to assess if there is a good fit for a coaching relationship. My consultations gives us the opportunity to discuss your life goals, challenges you face and what you hope to achieve through coaching.
